Tech & Go offers both:

  • Digital products: Genuine, recycled software license keys, including pre-owned titles such as games and other software. These are sourced from surplus or decommissioned systems and verified for authenticity and usability.
  • Electronic goods: Consumer electronics such as laptops, USB drives, SSDs, and other computer accessories.

    All digital license keys are delivered electronically. Physical electronic items are shipped within South Africa only.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Digital Products:

  • Delivery: Software license keys are delivered electronically within minutes of purchase.
  • Genuine & Recycled: Our digital products include authentic pre-owned or recycled software license keys. These licenses are verified and unused at the time of sale.
  • Activation Guarantee: If a key fails to activate, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Once a key is delivered and activated, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Physical Products (Electronics):

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for faulty or damaged items only. The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting support. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Digital Products: If your software key does not activate, contact us within 48 hours. A replacement key or full refund will be provided.
  • Electronic Products: Most electronic items come with a limited warranty (typically 3 to 12 months, depending on the product). Warranty details are listed on the product page. Tech & Go will assist with warranty claims where applicable.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available within South Africa only.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Buyers also have the option to pay and collect items in person by prior arrangement.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
